Meet Your Nutritionist
Olivia Striggow, CN, MS IFN, PhD(c) IFN
Hi, I’m Olivia—Certified Nutritionist based in Bellingham, Washington.
My passion for nutrition started with a deep curiosity about how the body works and evolved into a mission to help others feel their best. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola Marymount University, where I was also a Division I swimmer, and a Master of Science in Integrative and Functional Nutrition from Saybrook University. I’m currently continuing my education at the doctoral level to further deepen my expertise.
But more importantly—my work is about you.
I believe nutrition should feel practical, personalized, and sustainable—not restrictive or overwhelming. Every client I work with has a unique story, physiology, and set of goals, which is why I take an individualized, root-cause approach to health. Together, we create realistic, actionable strategies that fit your lifestyle and support long-term results.
In addition to my practice, I’m a high school swim coach and live an active, balanced life—often found swimming, gardening, or spending time with my two dogs. I understand firsthand how important it is to build habits that are both effective and enjoyable.
If you’re ready to feel better, gain clarity around your nutrition, and create lasting change, I’d love to work with you.
Let’s build a plan that works for your life.
My Approach
I help you build a way of eating that actually fits your life—so you can feel better, stay consistent, and see real results.
Using integrative and functional nutrition approaches, I look at your unique physiology, lifestyle, and needs to create a plan that works for you.
I believe nutrition should be:
Practical — not overwhelming
Sustainable — not restrictive
Evidence-based — not trend-driven
Supportive — not judgmental
Whether you're working toward better energy, improved health, athletic performance, or navigating seasons like pregnancy and motherhood, I’m here to guide you with a plan that feels doable and lasting.
